The Management Committee of Burgess Hill Youth are pleased to be able to share this tribute to Paul Myles which appears on the Middy website.
Paul spent thirty years volunteering at Burgess Hill Youth formally Burgess Hill Boys Club and will be greatly missed by many people both old and young and he leaves a huge gap in the community and our hearts.
Burgess Hill Youth held its Young Carers Summer Holidays Activity programme over the last week. This included a trip to Chessington World of Adventures on 25 July, Go Karting on 27 July, Horse riding on 30 July and Abbey Field Care Home for a seaside event on 31 July. All events were very successful and were attended by a total of 53 young carers aged 6-16 years.
Burgess Hill Youth are very grateful to the volunteer drivers from Burgess Hill Girls School that drove us to the 3 of the events and for the loan of the bus for Chessington World of Adventures.
