All aspects of BHY are run solely by volunteers without them the club wouldn’t exist!
Our core management team are, directors of the company and charity trustees. These individuals oversee all of the operational running of the club from financial, safeguarding, building maintenance, policy and governance, health & safety and all other day to day activities.

We then have and advisory committee that includes all those listed above but also other club volunteers, and external representatives from other organisations.
All members of the advisory committee are assist with the operational matters above but do not have ‘voting rights’ around financial or legal matters this sits with the directors/ trustees.
Weekly club activities are then run by a dedicated team of volunteers and young leaders without them none of this would be possible!
